Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Athlits mobile app ("Athlits" or "the app"). Athlits is operated by Orayzen ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Athlits.
1. Eligibility
Athlits is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at athlits@orayzen.tech if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Using Athlits
Players use Athlits to discover venues and book courts. Venue managers use Athlits to manage courts, availability, photos, bookings, venue teams, payment status, and operational settings. You agree to use the app only for these lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Marketplace role
Athlits is a technology platform that connects players with venues. Unless we state otherwise, the venue is responsible for the court, facilities, staff, safety rules, availability, prices, cancellation rules, payment confirmation, and the service provided at the venue. The booking arrangement for court use is between the player and the venue.
5. Bookings, availability, and cancellations
- A booking is a request to reserve a court at a venue for a chosen time. Availability, conflicts, and confirmation are determined by the venue and by server-side booking records.
- Prices, currency, venue-local time, supported payment methods, cancellation rules, no-show rules, and refund handling may vary by venue and booking.
- Review booking details before confirming. You are responsible for arriving on time, following venue rules, and cancelling only through supported flows.
- We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or reverse bookings where required for fraud prevention, technical integrity, venue policy, legal compliance, or safety.
6. Payments
Athlits may show payment method options, prices, currency, payment status, saved payment-method metadata, or instructions for paying a venue, including manual transfer instructions such as Whish where a venue supports them. Unless an in-app payment provider is expressly shown, payments are arranged with or confirmed by the venue. Payment providers and external payment apps may apply their own terms.
Where online or saved-payment-method features are available, you must provide accurate payment information and may only use payment methods you are authorized to use. We may rely on payment providers to tokenize, process, verify, or settle payments. Venue-confirmed payment status may affect whether a booking remains pending or is confirmed.
7. Venue manager responsibilities
Venue managers and authorized team members are responsible for keeping venue information accurate, including courts, facilities, photos, availability, pricing, payment methods, cancellation policies, and operating hours. They are also responsible for promotions, announcements, review replies and flags, venue-local player restrictions, and manual booking notes or support details they enter. Venue managers must have the right to manage the venue and invite or remove team members. They must handle player information received through Athlits lawfully and only for venue operations related to Athlits bookings.
8. Your content
You may provide profile details, venue information, court photos, reviews, review replies, announcements, promotion text or codes, booking notes, support messages, and other content. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and use that content within Athlits for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service. You remain responsible for the content you provide.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Athlits for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Upload illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
- Make bookings you do not intend to honor or misuse the booking system.
- Circumvent role, venue, team, booking, payment, or account permissions.
- Misuse reviews, promotions, announcements, player blocks, or manual booking tools.
- Upload malware, misleading venue information, or content you lack permission to use.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse player, venue, payment, finance, or partner data.
10. Account security and role access
Keep your credentials, device, and account access secure. You must not share a partner or venue-manager account with anyone who is not authorized to act for that venue. We may require password changes, re-authentication, or role checks, and may revoke access where needed to protect users, venues, or Athlits.
11. Intellectual property
Athlits, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Orayzen and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms or by law.
12. Third-party services
Athlits uses service providers such as Firebase, Sentry, mapping or location services, communication tools, hosting providers, and payment providers or external payment apps where available. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. How Athlits handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. App updates, availability, and safety
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Athlits. Some features may depend on network access, device permissions, venue setup, payment-provider availability, or backend services. Follow all venue safety rules and use your own judgment before participating in sports activities.
14. Disclaimers
Athlits is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that venue information and availability are always accurate, as these are provided by venues.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orayzen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Athlits, or for the conduct of any venue or other user. Athlits is a platform connecting players and venues; the agreement for use of a court is between you and the venue.
16. Termination
You may stop using Athlits and request deletion of your account at any time through Profile → Delete account or our web-based deletion process. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for users or venues, or if required by law or platform policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and material changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
